Sales Executive

£26,500 basic, OTE £36,900

An office-based Sales Executive role in the New Business Team of an established, growing technology services business in Norfolk. Outbound B2B lead generation across IT, digital, telecoms, software, cyber security and web, with no scripts or diallers and full training. £26,500 basic, OTE £36,900.

Full job description

"Tired of reading from a script and chasing call counts, with nobody showing you how to build a real sales career?"

If you are in a phone-based role such as customer service or telemarketing, you know the exhausting reality of scripted calls, automatic diallers and targets that matter more than the conversation. You work hard, but there's little coaching, no say in how things are done and no clear route into a proper sales career.

There is a far more supportive environment to build your new business career within.

Our client is an established, growing technology services business supporting UK organisations across IT, digital, telecoms, software, cyber security and web. The business has plenty of new projects coming through and puts the welfare, well-being and development of its people at the heart of how it works. This is a small but highly capable sales team at a scaling moment, so you'll have a real chance to shape how it sells and grow with it.

The Benefits

  • Competitive Reward: £26,500 basic with an on-target earnings potential of £36,900, plus frequent salary reviews to make sure you're rewarded properly.
  • Unmatched Work-Life Balance: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with a structured workflow that lets you leave work at work. You'll get 33 days' holiday including bank holidays, rising with service, the option to buy and sell days, and flexible working requests are considered.
  • Health, Well-being and Growth: Private health insurance, a 24/7 virtual GP service, a confidential life coach, income protection and enhanced family leave. You'll also get free parking, an electric car scheme after 12 months, regular recognition awards, funded social events, lunch and learn sessions, plus regular coaching and a personal development plan with real routes into strategic leadership or commercial growth roles.

The Role

As Sales Executive, you'll join the New Business Team and generate a steady flow of high-quality opportunities for the business. You'll build and maintain a database of potential clients and make first contact by phone and email, finding out what each business needs so the team can quote across IT, digital marketing, telecoms and connectivity, software, cyber security and web.

All of your work is B2B, and most calls and emails are outbound. This isn't a typical telemarketing role. There are no set scripts and no automatic diallers, so success comes from having good, natural conversations with a wide range of people and spotting where the client can help. You'll use a bespoke CRM to record notes and track progress, and new ideas on lead generation are welcomed. Once you've qualified an opportunity, you'll pass it to the Business Development Team to close, working closely with them throughout. The business has ambitious growth targets, and this role is an important part of reaching them, with room to help shape the sales approach and expand into new sectors.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • Experience in a previous phone-based role, such as customer service.
  • Drive, curiosity and accountability, with a hard-working attitude and the ability to perform consistently well with minimal supervision.
  • An excellent, natural telephone manner, good written skills and great listening skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Strong organisation and a personable approach.
  • Confidence using IT to record notes, update databases, book appointments and manage tasks.
  • An appreciation of why KPIs and targets matter.
  • Telemarketing or appointment-setting experience and familiarity with sales tools or CRMs would be a bonus, but full on-the-job training is provided.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for new technology and finding proactive solutions for clients.
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK is essential.

The Next Step

At CloudScope Group, we do not just fill seats; we open doors to better careers. If you are ready to trade scripted call targets and a role that goes nowhere for a supportive team where your conversations count and your career has real room to grow, let's have a low-pressure conversation today.

Biddable Media Manager (Remote)

Salary on application

Own Meta and paid social activity for a long-standing UK business growing fast, with an in-house paid media engine driving lead generation across several national brands. Large budgets, advanced tools, remote first with the Norwich office ideally weekly.

Full job description

"Great results on paper, but the budgets are small and every big decision still sits above your head?"

Plenty of biddable media specialists are in exactly that spot. You know Meta inside out, you can read conversion data like a book, and you've proved you can turn spend into leads. Yet the accounts stay small, the strategy is set elsewhere, and your work rarely gets the credit for the revenue it drives.

This is the chance to take the controls.

We're working with a long-standing UK business that is still growing fast. Its paid media engine sits in-house, inside a major digital marketing function, and it powers lead generation across multiple national brands. The business now needs a Biddable Media Manager to own its Meta and paid social activity and grow it into a channel that carries far more of the lead generation load.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of Meta and wider paid social performance across several national brands, with significant budgets behind you. The aim is simple: measurable lead generation and revenue growth, and less reliance on paid search.

Your week will mix strategy with hands-on delivery. You'll shape audience strategy, manage and plan high-value budgets, and use real conversion data to optimise what's working and cut what isn't. You'll report results clearly and play a real part in the wider paid media strategy, alongside experienced in-house teams and platform partners.

What's In It For You

  • Ownership, Not Maintenance: Your decisions directly influence acquisition performance, so you'll be shaping the channel rather than just keeping campaigns ticking over.
  • Scale and Tooling: Large, complex paid media activity across national brands, with the budgets and advanced tools to do it properly.
  • Flexibility: Remote first, with a trip to the Norwich office ideally once a week, and room to negotiate that pattern.
  • Career Value: Experience at this scale strengthens your technical expertise and builds the kind of track record that opens senior doors.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong, hands-on Meta Ads experience and a solid paid social track record.
  • A lead generation mindset, with a habit of optimising against real conversion data.
  • Confidence managing large budgets and full-funnel paid social strategies.
  • The commercial voice to shape strategy and win over senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to get to the Norwich office ideally once a week.
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK is essential.

Paid Social Media Manager (Remote)

Salary on application

A remote-first Paid Social Media Manager role owning Meta-led paid social performance across multiple national brands for a long-standing, fast-growing business with a major in-house digital marketing function. Significant budgets and real strategic influence. Norwich office ideally once a week.

Full job description

"Running paid social on tight budgets, only to watch the real strategy decisions get made somewhere else?"

If you're a paid social specialist who lives in the data, you'll know how it goes. You build the audiences, test the creative and squeeze every lead out of the spend, yet you're stuck maintaining campaigns, with small budgets, little influence and no clear route into owning the channel.

There is a far bigger stage for your expertise.

Our client is a long-standing, fast-growing UK business with a major in-house digital marketing function that generates its leads through paid media. It runs multiple national brands, and it now wants a commercially minded Paid Social Media Manager to take ownership of Meta performance, build the channel in-house and drive measurable lead generation and revenue growth.

The Benefits

  • Remote First: A remote-first role, with a visit to the Norwich office ideally once a week. The pattern can be negotiated.
  • Real Budgets, Real Tools: Significant budgets and advanced tools across multiple national brands, so your decisions directly shape acquisition performance.
  • Influence and Growth: Rather than simply maintaining campaigns, you'll shape audience strategy and help set the wider paid media strategy alongside experienced internal teams and platform partners. You'll gain exposure to complex, large-scale paid media activity that builds real long-term career value.

The Role

As Paid Social Media Manager, you'll own paid social performance, led by Meta, across a portfolio of national brands. You'll build out the paid social function so the business can rely less on paid search and get more from social.

Day to day, you'll set audience strategy, plan and manage high-value budgets, and optimise performance using real conversion data. You'll report on results, work closely with the wider paid media and digital marketing teams, and lead innovative advertising strategies that turn spend into qualified leads and revenue.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • A proven track record in paid social, with deep, hands-on Meta Ads expertise.
  • A data-driven, lead generation focus, with experience optimising against conversion data.
  • Experience managing significant paid social budgets and full-funnel strategies.
  • The confidence to set strategy and influence senior stakeholders, not just run campaigns.
  • Able to visit the Norwich office ideally once a week.
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK is essential.

The Next Step

At CloudScope Group, we do not just fill seats; we open doors to better careers. If you're ready to trade maintaining campaigns for owning the strategy, with the budgets to prove what you can do, let's have a low-pressure conversation today.

Most social media roles reduce your impact to counting likes and scheduling generic posts that do nothing to move the commercial needle. This is not one of them.

We are partnering with a market-leading digital entertainment business on the outskirts of Norwich to find a commercially minded Social Media Manager. Operating at a significant scale with substantial marketing backing, this company does not just post content; they build highly active digital ecosystems. This in-office position sits right at the intersection of brand strategy, community scaling, and performance revenue.

The head office is situated outside the city centre, meaning the ability to drive and access a car will be highly beneficial for your daily commute.

Why this role is different

  • True Strategic Autonomy: You aren't just managing a calendar. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will fully own the organic roadmap and growth strategy across all primary channels, including major dedicated Facebook communities.

  • Data-Led Performance Engineering: Move past basic engagement scores. You will define and control a robust KPI framework that connects audience reach directly to customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value metrics.

  • Pioneer AI-Driven Workflows: Step into a forward-thinking environment where your technical curiosity is rewarded. You will actively implement, train, and refine advanced AI marketing tools to optimize workflow efficiency, extract deep performance insights, and elevate organic campaign delivery.

The Practical Benefits

  • Salary & Performance: £45,000 to £55,000 dependent on experience, supplemented by a competitive performance-led bonus scheme.

  • Massive Resource Support: Work backed by substantial multi-channel marketing investment, giving you the production budgets, design collaboration, and tools necessary to launch viral, high-performing campaigns.

  • High-Visibility Influence: Take a seat at the table. You will translate complex performance data and conversion insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

What you bring to the table

You possess proven experience developing and scaling organic social media strategies at a significant commercial scale. You are a calm, pragmatic operator with exceptional copywriting skills who blends creative storytelling with hard analytical rigour. You are entirely comfortable utilizing advanced data analytics to justify content decisions and build performance frameworks.

While not strictly required, a genuine, authentic interest in automotive culture, high-performance vehicles, and enthusiast communities will give your application a massive competitive advantage.

CloudScope is recruiting on behalf of a long standing, fast growing construction business that has successfully implemented Oracle JDE EnterpriseOne and is now building internal expertise to support and improve the platform long term.

This is an opportunity to become one of the key people responsible for how EnterpriseOne performs across the organisation. Your work will directly influence how effectively operational teams use the system, how issues are resolved, and how future improvements are delivered.

You will not be stepping into a temporary project environment. You will be working with a live, business critical system that is already embedded and relied upon across multiple functions. This gives you the opportunity to build real system ownership, deepen your technical and functional expertise, and contribute to ongoing system maturity.

What makes this role particularly valuable:

You will gain long term ownership and influence over a major enterprise ERP system
You will deepen your Oracle JDE EnterpriseOne expertise in a live operational environment

  • Support ongoing system performance, usability and optimisation
  • Work with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify system improvements
  • Help translate business requirements into practical system changes
  • Support issue investigation and resolution to maintain system reliability
  • Assist with system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Help ensure the system continues to support efficient and effective operations

Your work will directly impact how efficiently teams operate and how successfully the organisation continues its technology transformation.

You will likely be a strong fit if you bring:

  • Experience working as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or ERP Analyst
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems and business process integration
  • The ability to work closely with both technical teams and operational stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving ability
  • Confidence supporting a live enterprise platform

Experience within construction, engineering or operational sectors would be beneficial, but is not essential.

This is a hybrid role, and they are looking for candidates based locally to Norwich who can attend site when required.

If you want a role where you can build long term ownership of Oracle JDE EnterpriseOne, deepen your ERP expertise and contribute to the ongoing success of a stable and growing organisation, CloudScope would be keen to speak with you.

2nd Line Support

£30-36k

If you thrive on problem-solving, enjoy variety, and want to progress your technical career within a supportive and people-focused environment, this role is an excellent fit. We’re partnering with a leading technology and digital services company to hire a motivated and technically strong 2nd Line Support Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, values-driven business working on major IT infrastructure projects while delivering outstanding customer service.

Full job description

Tired of being buried under a mountain of password resets at an IT provider that promises project work but only ever delivers endless firefighting?

If you are an IT support professional, you know the burnout of the typical technical grind. You want to take the lead on infrastructure upgrades, influence client IT strategies, and get hands-on with cloud migrations, but instead, you are stuck clearing a chaotic helpdesk queue with zero time or support for actual career progression.

There is a far more supportive infrastructure to build your technical career upon.

We are partnering with an ambitious and values-driven Digital Services Provider on the outskirts of Norwich that actually protects its technical team from burnout. They believe in structured workloads and giving you the space to specialise. Here, you will not just be another ticket-closer; you will work on major IT infrastructure projects, act as a technical lead, and enjoy a genuine work-life balance that allows you to leave work at work when the day is done.

The Benefits

  • Unmatched Work-Life Balance: Start with 33 days of holiday scaling upwards with service, a buy and sell holiday scheme, flexible working options (including one day a week from home post-probation), and a fully funded social calendar.

  • Health and Well-being First: Full Vitality private health insurance, Aviva Smart Health with 24/7 digital UK GPs, free flu jabs, short-term sick pay, income protection, and free access to a confidential personal life coach.

  • Continuous Reward and Growth: Frequent salary reviews, monthly Notable awards with prizes, tailored technical development plans to help you carve out niche specialisms, and an electric car scheme after twelve months.

The Role

Working across diverse SME environments, you will provide critical remote and on-site support for networks, servers, and cloud systems. You will execute Office 365 migrations, deploy SharePoint, configure network switches and firewalls, and manage Active Directory and Azure AD environments. Beyond daily troubleshooting, you will have the opportunity to step up and take the technical lead on projects, shape long-term client IT strategies, and implement technologies like Microsoft Intune and Acronis backups.

Are You the Right Fit?

To thrive in this environment, you need a strong, structured approach to problem-solving and excellent client-facing communication skills. You must be confident supporting Windows operating systems (Win10, Win11, Server 2012–2022), Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking configurations (routers, firewalls, VPNs). Two or more years of experience supporting SMEs within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or outsourced IT setting is highly advantageous. Because on-site client visits are required, a full UK Driving Licence is absolutely essential. Valid Right to Work in the UK is required.

The Next Step

At CloudScope Group, we do not just fill seats; we open doors to better careers. If you are ready to trade a chaotic helpdesk for a structured, project-driven IT role where your development actually matters, let’s have a low-pressure conversation today.

“Still getting your weekend interrupted by the same unstable server because management refuses to fund a permanent fix? You need to leave.”

If you are a 2nd line support technician, you know the exhausting drain of working in a chaotic environment. You want to lead on major infrastructure projects, influence client cloud strategies, and actually solve root issues, but instead, you are stuck firefighting the same preventable tickets over and over because no one invests in long term solutions.

It does not have to be that way.

We are partnering with a leading technology and digital services company on the outskirts of Cambridge that actively structures workloads to protect your mental well being. They believe a burnt out technician cannot deliver great service. That is why they give you a balanced, squad supported schedule, giving you the time to actually take technical ownership of Office 365 migrations, network setups, and Intune deployments, whilst offering genuine pathways to specialise and move into senior engineering or management.

The Benefits

  • Unmatched Work Life Balance: Start with 33 days of holiday scaling up to 35, flexible working options, hybrid working after probation, and open plan offices with breakout gaming setups and BBQ spaces.

  • Health and Well being First: Full Vitality private health insurance, Aviva Smart Health with 24/7 digital GPs, short term sick pay, income protection, and free, confidential personal life coach access.

  • Continuous Reward and Growth: Clear technical progression plans tailored to your goals, regular salary reviews, monthly performance awards, a green electric car scheme, and extensive Perkbox benefits.

The Role

You will provide high touch remote and on site infrastructure support across small to medium sized business networks. Rather than just closing tickets mindlessly, you will take the technical lead on server installs, sharepoint deployments, and complex Azure AD work. Supported by regular Lunch and Learn sessions, you will look after everything from router installations and SSL VPN configuration to complex email migrations and DNS management for a diverse client base.

Are You the Right Fit?

To excel here, you need a strong structured approach to problem solving and excellent client facing DNA. You must bring proven troubleshooting skills across Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, network switches, and Acronis backups. Ideally, you have two or more years of experience supporting SMEs within an MSP or outsourced IT environment. A full UK driving licence is essential for client site visits. Valid Right to Work in the UK is required.

The Next Step

At CloudScope Group, we do not just fill seats; we open doors to better careers. If you are ready to trade chaotic firefighting for a structured infrastructure role where you can actually progress your technical skill set, let’s have a low pressure conversation today.
